Kalix? HPPA products (high-performance polyamides) are designed for smart mobile electronic device structures. It has high strength, high rigidity and high-quality surface finish, and is easier to process.
Kalix? HPPA products are compounds filled with a large amount of glass fiber, which can replace metal materials to manufacture mobile electronic device structures such as housings, surfaces, bases and frames that require high strength, stiffness and aesthetics.
Different matrix resins can be used to adjust performance and processing requirements. Improvements in processability include reduced warpage, shrinkage, and burrs until burrs are eliminated. Available in bio-based and halogen-free flame retardant grades.
