Hepla? PPO

Hepla? PPO modified polyphenylene oxide material is actually a blend of PPO and polystyrene or nylon. Since PPO resins are not flowable, they can only be blended with other materials to improve their flowability. Various formulations allow PPO to have a wide range of physical and mechanical properties, and heat resistance and flame retardancy. Hepla? PPO has a thermal deformation temperature of 170 to 460℉ (77 to 238℃), with the combustibility reaching UL94HB to V-0. Thanks to the waterproof property of the two main resin components, Hepla? PPO has low moisture absorption and good electrical properties in the conditions of wide-ranged humidity and temperatures. In addition, it can also offer good chemical resistance, even when softening and rupture are caused during its exposure to some organic chemicals.
