Elastever? TPV is a high molecular elastomer that highly vulcanized EPDM particles disperse in continuous PP phases.
At ambient temperature, the physical properties and functions of Elastever? TPV are similar to those of thermosetting rubbers. It exhibits thermoplastic properties at high temperatures and can be processed rapidly, economically and conveniently. Elastever? TPV elastomer/rubber is created by making EPDM particles, smaller than 2 microns, disperse in PP matrix through vulcanization. This process helps to maintain and combine the excellent properties of rubber and plastic to get the elastomer of excellent comprehensive performance.
It is worth pointing out that NFD, with incomparable technical advantages, is one of the few suppliers in producing halogen-free flame retardant TPV in the world.
